I watch you from a few feet away Sitting there on the rug as you innocently play Surrounded by Lego, toy animals and the like You
have even managed to dismantle your bike. I watch as you struggle to eat Its Spaghetti, your favourite treat Some goes in your mouth, but most on the floor Your
mother has a chuckle as she looks round the door. I watch as you bath All your toys in tow Water everywhere, even on me I
love your laughter, oh such glee. I watch as you snuggle down in your bed Waiting for your story to be read You have fallen asleep, your looking content
Tomorrow we will know where it is “Noddy” went. I watch as you sleep Breathing deep and slow I look at you and wonder where you go I kiss your cheeks, your forehead too Oh
